If your product arrives defective or damaged, you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. To do so, simply email us at infobeauther@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos showing the issue.

Please note:

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging in order to qualify for a refund or replacement.
• Once we review and approve your request, we’ll offer you either a replacement or a refund, whichever works better for you.
